OMR-Forms

Diagramm Halbach OMR-Forms are a reliable medium for activity requests and recording. Whether as individual lab tickets or preprinted sets with integrated result section, we produce them to the reader manufacturer’s exact specifications.

Barcode records

Lab cards support the request routine particularly effectively with barcode stickers for sample tubes. These little labels are designed especially for adhering to narrow monovette radii. Card and label are coded jointly in a single pass, for maximum safety. Parameters can be printed to specification during coding, for maximum flexibility with cost-effectiveness through large purchase quantities. Monovette colors printed on the labels make it easy to match them properly.

Sample transport

We offer special bags for sample transport, especially for diagnostic samples in risk groups 1, 2 and 3. Multichamber bags protect the request card and sample by keeping them separate.

Scanner forms

Special machine-readable scanner forms make activity requests more efficient, whether for lab tests, IGeL, or transfers etc. Scanner forms for transfers / billing are increasingly produced in combination with an activity request, naturally also with integrated labels and barcodes, always with high precision and close coordination with the respective software.

Scanner concept

In cooperation with AB+M, Diagramm Halbach offers a very efficient scanner concept: Coding of scanner forms in close linkage with the recording system. This avoids redundancies and the printout is initiated directly from the patient administration system, which greatly eases the burden on staff.
